Our Stratasys 770 3D Printer can produce parts up to 100cm wide (with a height and depth of 60cm), providing the capability to build large parts or sizable assortments of smaller parts. The F770 features industrial-grade technology for consistent, reliable performance and accurate results. Available model materials include two industry standard thermoplastics available in three layer thicknesses (slice heights). Soluble support material enables complex designs and hands-free post-processing.

CNC Machining to produce Parts, Jigs or fixtures. We have two CNC machines with bed sizes up to 2m x 3m and maximum material thickness of 100mm. CNC Machining is a more economical method of producing lower accuracy parts such as large moulding tools or structural elements. These can be used in conjunction with 3D printed parts where higher strength is necessary or lower accuracy is acceptable.

Where your parts need additional supports, chassis or other metal components, we can offer metal fabrication. Our services include Laser Cutting, CNC Folding, Tapping, Thread Inserts, Plating and Powder Coating. Parts can be produced for samples, prototypes, or full production runs.
